Fence Replacement:
Following significant deliberation and in response to overwhelming sentiment on the part of Creek Hollow homeowners, the Board of Directors has adopted a resolution that modifies Article VI, Section 6.11 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions regarding installation of fences and fence posts. The revised article requires that the portion of the fence facing the street must be constructed so that the fence posts are on the inside of the fence. The portion(s) of the fence facing the alley or the side yard may now be constructed with the fence posts on either the inside or outside of the fence.
